Vipers Training Coaches

Coach Joshua Leveron just wrapped up his second season at Rincon Valley Little League and Vipers.  After taking the 50/70 team to a District 35 final in 2022, he took the RVLL Juniors to the Sections final in 2023. Josh has been around the game for a long time. Playing organized baseball since he was five years old playing Little League ball in a town called Vallejo. Played high school ball at two different schools. First three years playing for Novato High School in Marin County. Then spent his senior year at Monterey High in Monterey, California. He was fortunate enough to have the ability to play baseball out of state. Josh spent his first year playing in Colorado at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). After his first year he then ended up transferring to Sierra College in Rocklin, CA. After a season there Josh ended up moving to Gilroy, CA and attended Gavilan College JC. He finished up his Junior college career with the Gavilan Rams. In 2021 he had the opportunity to play locally at the professional level with the San Rafael Pacific's. Josh ended up winning the championship that year.  His second year at the pro level was just as impressive. With an injury to his elbow and taking on more of a coaching role Josh was able to help push the team to the best regular season record. Throughout his time playing and learning Josh has been able to take his knowledge and really focus on player development. Athletes should be focusing on winning in the right ways. Josh's main goal with every athlete is to make them the best players they can be. It is not about comparing themselves to others but understanding that the only person they are truly fighting against is themselves. Josh highly focus on pitchers/catchers, infield defense, and hitting.
